FAQ....

Q: What paper will my photograph be on?
A: All images are professionally printed on Kodak Endura Metallic paper, and personally inspected by me prior to being delivered to a local professional framing shop.

Q: What about the frame?
A: All framing is custom created for your piece of artwork. Standard options include metal or wood frames, up to two mats, and typical color choices. As an upgrade, I can allow you to participate directly with the framer to decide such details as specific frame styles, custom mat colors and stacking, and glass type.

Q: Why can’t I order online?
A: See the purchasing section.

Q: Do you offer overnight delivery?
A: I do offer expedited shipping, for a fee. However, your purchase will not be delivered overnight. Overnight delivery means expedited shipping from the printing company, and overnight delivery once complete. There will always be a delay while being framed, which could be up to a week or more depending on the frame shops backlog.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: This is hard to predict. I will take all possible steps to get your artwork to you as soon as possible. There will always be a delay while being framed, which could be up to a week or more depending on the framers backlog. Typical shipping times are between 7 and 14 days from order date.

Q: Do you sign your photos?
A: I typically sign all artwork on the back of the image, as my signature is decidedly not artistic. Of course, if you want my signature on the front, that can be arranged.

Q: Do you have a gallery; can I see your art in person?
A: At this time, all sales are internet based. Contact me at Info if you wish to discuss gallery arrangements.

Q: Can I see a larger version of an image?
A: Images are kept at a small resolution to discourage unauthorized use. If you have a serious need to inspect an image prior to purchase, contact me at Info and we can arrange a private viewing.

Q: Do you offer stock photography?
A: Yes, in a limited fashion. See my stock photos at Alamy.com

Q: Do you offer limited editions / numbered sets? *
A: All art I sell is limited edition. The images available in the gallery are available for a short period of time, after which they will no longer be available to the general public. Prior customers can request retired art, but availability is not guaranteed. I’ve never liked numbered sets. Unless I can have the first or last numbered item, I feel cheated. I would hate to treat my patrons that way.*

Q: What about color? Will the art match what I see on my screen?
A: Monitors are very different, and it's likely that there will be noticable differences in color. To remove all doubt, you can order a sample image that is perfect for color comparisons. See the purchasing section for details.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I currently accept PayPal, Check, and Money Order. Please allow 10 days for checks to clear.

*I've been asked to clarify my position on the limited editions and numbered sets. While I hold true to my statement above, I can promise my images will be initially limited to less than 10 sets per. In the future this may be extended to 100 sets, but that will only apply to future offerings. Rest assured, your purchase today will be unique forever!
